HELLER Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH presents KPI at the 4th Silesian road forum

At the 4th Silesian road forum, the representative of HELLER, Marek Skakuj, presents a method to calculate, illustrate and apply key performance indicators (KPI) within maintenance management.

The forum took place in Chorzów, Poland, on April 13^th and 14^th and attracted more than 200 professionals from all fields within road engineering as well as numerous guests from abroad. It is one of the most important conventions as regards road and traffic engineering in Poland.

A big thank you goes out to Zbigniew Tabor, director of the road authority in Silesian Voivodeship, for the excellent organization of the event and the fascinating technical contributions.
