HelloMobile now available in the Apple App Store

The new "HelloMobile" application for mobile collection of road-related data is now available in the Apple App Store.

With the app, which can be used across all platforms - i.e. on Android and Apple devices as well as on the desktop - road-related data can be collected on site in a very intuitive way and used for a wide variety of applications.
The system was originally developed for the management of damaged areas. The objects or conditions to be recorded can be photographed on site, categorized and automatically stored on a central server via the GPS position with reference to the road network. In parallel, the recorded data can be displayed, processed and evaluated via the OnKo3 online information system in the form of lists, maps or route strips, and used for work planning or controlling the progress of work. With the documentation of new damage patterns, important insights into the condition development of the roadway can be gained and a basis for the planning of maintenance measures can be established. Through consistent referencing to the linear road network model, road or section-related evaluations can be realized or the data can be intersected with other information - for example, the road condition - and thus correlations between the general condition and the effort required for maintenance can be obtained.

HelloMobile is suitable for the local collection and updating of road-related data such as

- damaged spots
- Road inventory (signs, traffic signals, culverts, etc.)
- trees
- accidents
- and much more.

The system is very flexible to use and can be integrated very easily into existing OnKo3 projects.
