Internal Workshop in Szczawno-Zdrój

HELLER Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Heller Consult sp. z o.o. realize many international projects together, especially in the fields of asset management and traffic and safety analyses, and collaborate on publications in professional journals. Many team members have been working together successfully for years, but have not yet had the opportunity to get to know each other personally. During the numerous workshops, the team was able to remove barriers and strengthen the cooperation. This is already positively affecting the joint projects. In addition, the professional workshops, in particular on maintenance management and asset management, provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and work out solutions together.

The four-day meeting was a unique chance to see all employees in action at the same time and to discover the strengths of the team. For Dr. Sławomir Heller, founder and owner of both companies, the focus is on the people. "We have such a diverse team and enormous potential for innovation. However, we can only tap the full potential if we identify and promote the talents of each employee. This is the most important task of every manager.", says Heller.
