HELLER develops it´s network to China

Around 45 million people live in the Chinese province of Jiangxi. The approximately 5,000 km of motorway network is being developed, operated and maintained by the state-owned company Jangxi Highway Development Co Ltd. with around 17,000 employees.

On 28 March 2018, a delegation of the Chinese company visited HELLER Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Darmstadt and informed itself about Asset Management. Pan Hao (2nd from right), General Manager of Jangxi Highway Development in Changxing, was impressed by the maintenance management processes developed by HELLER. He would like to use comparable standards in China, especially since the high-quality data and IT tools are comparatively inexpensive to acquire in Germany.

The managing director of HELLER Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, Henning Balck, emphasized that the contacts to China were very important for the company. The Chinese success in expanding the infrastructure is very impressive and asset management is a common basis for international cooperation.
