HELLER remains favourite in maintenance management

Three other federal states commission HELLER Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH to forecast the need for maintenance of their road network and to develop suitable maintenance strategies. A total of 16,000 kilometers of federal and state roads as well as accompanying cycle paths are to be analyzed.

Based on the results of the Condition Survey and Assessment (ZEB), a virtual model of the road network is created to simulate the development of the road condition. HELLER will combine the established pavement management system PMS Core with the latest methods in maintenance management. This allows for a realistic simulation of which measures are necessary to reach a certain condition and which result can be achieved within a given budget. Taking into account the objectives and resources of the road authorities, HELLER will determine the key figures for the strategic management, i.e. the resources and personnel requirements for the preferred maintenance strategy, and will advise in preparing the construction program.
